Hi guys
I was looking at buying a small BBQ and was NEARLY sold on a Weber Q. But it looks like they don't cook too well with the lid open.
Anyone purchasrd a similar product to the Weber Q or Baby Q?

Ziegler & Brown, cooks with the lid open or closed
Can echo this… Best bbq I've ever owned - even with my initial scepticism at the price.
they don't cook well with the lid open
HOWEVER
they cook FANTASTICALLY with the lid closed

i just had to learn to cook properly on it
I just bought a weber q. At 1st it's weird having to cook a bbq with the lid closed but it becomes normal. I just check it every 5 or 10 minutes. What is annoying is having to buy a plate for it.
Why would you want to barbecue with the lid open?
I also started looking at the weber Q, but ended up buying a Ziegler-brown from barbequesgalore.
