Small sides can be swapped between small chips, can of drink, small potato & gravy, regular plain gravy or small coleslaw. Large sides can be swapped between lg chips, 1.25L drink, lg p&g or coleslaw, 4 dinner rolls or 2 reg plain gravies (some stores might only give you one though).
whats a large p&g? what comes in the large box meal?
Potato and gravy. In a large box meal the drink gets upgraded to 600mL and the chips become large.

@Savas: I can't make a meal large for $2. Only for $2.50. Is here a upsize option anywhere except on individual items?

Well I do not work for KFC but I can tell you what can be swapped.
For regular sides yon can swap between;
- Regular Chips
- Regular Potato and Gravy
- Gravy
- 4 Corn Wheels (Promo Item)
- Regular Coleslaw
- 1 Dinner Roll
- So Salad
- 375ml Can of Soft Drink, Juice or Water
For large sides you can swap between
- Large Chips
- Large Potato & Gravy
- Gravy
- 8 Corn Wheels (Promo Item)
- Large Coleslaw
- 4 Dinner Rolls
- So Salad (Same size as a regular swap)
- 1.25L Soft Drink.
For Box Meals with 1 Original Recipe, you can swap to;
- 3 Wicked Wings (+ 50c)
- 1 Tender (Original/Grilled)
- 1 Fillet Piece (Original/Zinger + $1.35)
For Box Meals with 3 Wicked Wings, you can swap to;
- 1 Original Recipe
- 1 Tender (Original)
- 1 Tender (Grilled - 50c) [Deduct 50c from cost]
- 1 Fillet Piece (Original/Zinger + 85c)
For meals that come with multiple original recipes, you can;
- Swap Original Recipe for a Tender [Eg: Your meal comes with 8 OR, you can have 5 OR and 3 Tenders]
- Swap original Recipe for Fillets (+ $1.35 per piece) [Eg: You swap 2 pieces, +$2.70 to cost]
Meals with tenders can be swapped between Original and Grilled and vice versa.
When buying a box meal, you can only up size the chips and/or drink, not any other sides. However you do not have to upsize both if you do not want to. For example if you just want a bigger drink, that will cost you 90c extra. If you only want more chips, that will cost you $1.60 extra.
For Burgers, adding lettuces is free. Swapping and/or adding sauces is free too. You can add other ingredients at a small cost, eg: bacon +50c per slice.

I can't seem to figure out how to swap the elements anymore in the APP.
Has it been closed? For some reason the Orange Juice which is the size of a can is always more expensive if you upsize to large. That is the price doesn't change.
I decided to use the website instead. The app scams you for an extra 90c. lol.
