Wow, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I think "Buy It Now" is a trademark of eBay and the name and logo is directly ripping off Google.

Yes, REP needs to but some prices into his listing, preferably in the heading, and at the very least in the body. We shouldn't have to "click through" to work out if this is a bargain or not.
