  4. The promotion is open to the following people: (Entrants).
     a) people who live in WA and do not hold an HBF health insurance Policy; and who either during the promotion:
     i. take out a Combined WA Hospital and Extras Policy (Combined Policy);
     ii. join as a policy holder under their partner’s existing Combined Policy;
     iii. have ceased to be a dependant under their HBF family cover and take out a Combined Policy;
     iv. take out a Combined Policy under Overseas Visitors cover;
     v. take out a Combined Policy under an HBF corporate package; and
