all my other chocs (kinder/chupa/starburst) arrived today, and I ordered some of the Lindt yesterday. Makes me feel abit ill thinking about ordering more. Decent deal though :)

Choc economics: This is ~64c/bar, cheaper than normal bars on special at the supermarket. But each bar is smaller than a regular chocolate bar. But Toblerone is better than normal chocolate. But I'm getting fatter. But it's only a little choc each day. But if it's there I'll eat more. But I feel like chocolate now. Mmmm, chocolate… ;-)

Can anyone tell me why I only get some of the candy deals, I got the Mentos and Kinder, but not the starburst or the toblerone? I thought being link to COTD on facebook meant that you were offered all deals for being a member?

Break down the deal. $22.90 including shipping for 1260 grams of Toblerone. This is equal to $1.82 per 100g. Woolworths was selling 2x 100g bars for $4 during the week beginning 14th june. The Catch of the Day offering saves you 18 cents per 100g or 9% off the Woolworths price. Good deal?
Bargain depends on whether or not you want to spend $22 on chocolate in 1 hit, and if you don't care what country your food comes from. I don't think it's a bargain given that we don't even know where they're made.

I listed 3 concerns, 1 of which was the country not listed on the website or OP. The value is questionable and the deal was sold out anyway (but not listed as such yet). I think if people are listing food bargains, then they should also list where the food is made, so we can weight that into the price. Disagree?
Either way, fedwood let us know that they are Swiss made which is why I got rid of the neg.
Luckily as far as i know the toblerone chocs i have bought from COTD have always been switzerland made, as previously mentioned i believe that is the only place they get made which is good. Unlike a lot of the other candies that seem to get sold on these online sites these days.
