  Just a quick clarification rep. I've read this bit 2 different ways (under 60% off uprade deal)

  If your service is due for renewal any time after 6 months from the request submission date, your upgrade will receive a discount up until that date only.

  So if an "economy shared hosting" is due for renewal in 18 mths time , I upgrade to higher business plan, do I get the 18 mths "until the renewal date" at 60% off?
  Otherwise what does "up until that date only" mean?
  It's a good deal for anyone looking to upgrade from economy to business. IMHO ventraip don't often have good upgrade deals…

    Sorry for the late reply Jim,

    In the situation you've described you would be provided with the discounted rate (60% off the base cost of the new service) for the full 18 months. Hopefully that clears up the confusion for you!
