Parked in World Square via secure parking.
Car got parked and i drove home and didnt find the damage until the next day.
Called secure parking, they said to send them an email. I did, after 3 days still no answers they said go to the police.
I called a week later and spoke to their "Corporate Risk Manager". They said there is no CCTV (emailed me also). I told him that there was cameras, his response "who said they were connected to anything" and only the entry/exit and pay machines had working cameras.
I told him since it was a decent hit, he could review the entry/exit to see if they could see if there was a black car that had damage to a white (mine) car. He said do you expect me to watch 24 hours worth of footage. I told him i expected him to do something even 30 mins of footage.
Pathetic customer service!
Looks like im up for $800 excess to fix up my car.
This is a lesson why everybody should have a dash cam with collision detection.
