It's a uk 2 plug. Dont hold me to this but i believe you only need an adapter. I found several sites that sell philips shavers in the uk and they are 100v-240v.

it says on their UK website, it has 2 year worldwide warranty, is this the case here?

Back in 2012, I had a warranty claim on a philishave that i bought online from the us and had no problems claiming from their Australian service centre. I'm not sure if this has changed though.
How does the "Amazon Currency Converter" work? Is that an estimated price they charge your card to charge you? Or it is that the total price you should expect to be charged on your credit card? Or is that the base price, with additional fees put on top of it?
It's the price Amazon will charge you in Australian dollars. No extra charges from them. Alternatively, you can have them charge direct in UKP.
However, some credit cards charge a fee for purchases overseas, even when in Australian dollars. That's not Amazon, but your bank if so. Check if that's the case first.

Works out at about $90 AU delivered, is wet and dry, good reviews and available immediately..

hehe, no maybe not but the ability to use it in the shower more than makes up for that I think..
edit: especially now that the Phillps one has expired now…
