Black Friday if you don't mind non-Australian stock?
Other than that, probably eBay 20% off or retailer xx% off deals with Tab S2. Rumours of Tab S3 I've heard suggest Q1, next year, so I am not sure whether discontinued model sales would happen any time soon.
