Probably in the wrong section, but…..
Bought a number of shirts from an online store.
Washed them all before wearing them.
After they dried I noticed 2 were the same.
I then checked the order, and they had shipped one wrong shirt.
It's late on Friday, so can't call them til Monday, but your thoughts on them replacing the 'wrong' shirt for the correct one? (given I have removed it from the wrapper, removed labels and washed it)

Van heusen? I once received an incorrect t size. They said they would send a replacement. Tracking number supplied was under my name, but sent to different state. They blamed courier. Claimed they would resend if they could recover item. Never received, and I'm convinced no intention of ever supplying.
It was their mistake, as long as you're willing to return it then they should send as per your order. If you'd deliberately destroyed the item that'd be a different story, but simply unpacking and washing the shirt…that's to be expected.
