    The fittings seem good, but what about the hose? Kink resistance?

      I have the 30m with the hose reel, bought last month. Kink resistance is not that great in my opinion. Enough to cut off water supply at least once, most times I have used. Doesn't worry me too much, but something I need to watch for.

    My only complaint with Hoselink is their trigger nozzle whereby the rubber rings get worn out easily and water starts to leak from the trigger. My other "standard" trigger nozzle doesn't have the same issue.

      I have had their Ned Kelly head for over a year and never had to replace an O ring. Occasionally I pull it down to grease as the trigger gets sticky, but no o ring or leaking issues.
      I habe two Ned Kelly heads, and both are running fine.

      They give you a spare o-ring and ask you to lubricate it yearly to stop it from cracking etc.

        Yeah, 30m retractable - $225 before code, $225 after code even though it says '$15 off etc etc successful'. I've contacted them about it, so hopefully they get back to me before the bonus for the reels is over. Were you logged in when you did it?
