Can I Use My Recently Purchased Coles Prepaid Master Card (Purple One) at The Good Guys Physical Store. I want to get the $216 lenovo tablet and try to talk them down. Will it work on their efpost machine if I hit credit?
Thanks everyone.

Because even though it has a PIN on the back, I am not sure whether all eftpos machines allow you to press "credit" and then type in the pin. I don't want to strike up a good deal and then not be able to pay. I guess I will give it a try anyway.
My understanding is that as a MasterCard, it is no different to the shopkeeper. That's the benefit of having a MasterCard/Visa giftcard vs a store gift card. You can use it wherever MC/Visa are accepted.
It will work selecting credit and digiting the pin that is written at the back of the card.
If you want to avoid questions/troubles from the check out person do not let them see the Coles logo on the card as they will say that a Coles card will not work.
But it will because it is Master Card.

Guessing you have the first. You will have no issues.
You won't have a problem. Used them at other places before
I've used this purple non-reloadable card online at two different online sites but seem to be getting charged more than the checkout total. Both retailers do not charge fees or surcharges for credit cards. Does the Coles prepaid CC itself charge fees for transactions made?
This happened to me yesterday! I've used it at another online retailer with no charge, not sure what's so special about this other one.
If it's a Mastercard, I don't see why not. Why do you think it won't?
