Sucks even more when you must comply with job requirements, activities and follow through with appointments for job seeking (with little or no support), constantly while trying to pursue a fulfilling and worthwhile life.

I don't think that's unreasonable to apply for jobs, more showing towards the effort associated with gaining benefits.
Jobs - activities - appointments~other criteria
Must apply to a deadline of jobs
Be participating in education / work volunteerment
Monthly appointments
Etc.
That's fair enough too. Your main priority should be securing a source of income that isn't from the Government. when my last contract ended early I treated finding a new one like a full time job. You allocate a set number of hours each day to finding a new one. It's pretty simple stuff.

It's paid through the RBA. Usually either 1-3AM the night you normally get payments unless otherwise stated in your most recent payment receipt. (Also during business days and depending on your bank).
My housemate is on Centrelink and banks with ING direct.
In his account no later than 4amMine always goes in between 12:30am and 1:00am

My youngest brother was on the special benefit after getting injured at uni. He was with NAB then but he’d said his money came at 2:30am. How he knows is beyond my region of care. Apparently CommBank are the slowest if memory serves. Before kids, I worked at a narcotic treatment clinic. Ask anyone from that walk of life and you’ll find they’re very intelligent and articulate. One even helped me with my first home loan. He’s the commonwealth customer. I’m sure he said they were slow. Anyway, if you really need to know, I recently had a payment coming from another lender for my business and my bank said payments deposited before 2pm and after 10:30am with fall into the nominated account 24hrs after being released. That’s when the funds are coming from an outside merchant. I’m not sure about interbanking transfers. Centrelink don’t do that either do they?Wow, there’s A LOT of judgement on this page.
