Take into consideration that premiums would be very different depending on your own circumstance but I'm hoping that the relative comparison between funds will help people to choose a cheaper one.
TL;DR Plan
Churn through NIB -> Peoplecare -> Health.com.au -> CUA -> Frank (base) -> Any net gain deals.
Basically Frank is the cheapest for our situation but we will go through other funds first if their promo gives a net value gain i.e. the gift value is greater than the premium.
This is possible because you can "port" (borrowing phone terminology here) your policies between funds and as long as it's the same level of cover or less, you are not subjected to new waiting periods.
Let me know if there's somewhere else I'm meant to be posting this.
I totally do not understand this. I thought the conclusion is that Frank, GMHBA, and HIF are the winners here? Do you plan to only take the insurance for one or two months? What do you mean by "Net"?
