You can create a US account pretty easily. I did it for the recent Humble Bundle promotion a couple of months ago.

Once you've bought and downloaded the game, you can run it from your usual account.

Thorax is correct. Just as a small side note this rule does NOT apply to PSVita games. Thought I'd try to keep people from making the same mistake I did.
It doesnt shows the discount. Showing as full price
Oh so you need US account
Shit sorry, just checked it on my phone and didn't even notice. Sorry man.

Wait there's a Grandia III?
What…how did I miss that. And it actually looks awesome!?
I only discovered the Grandia series this year myself. For as much as people complain about the lack of great JRPGs today, if you go digging into older systems, there's are some real gems out there.
I actually own all the physical copies of Grandia I and II (including the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast releases).
But I still had no idea there was a G3. I don't have time to really play any of these games anymore, but its still fun seeing them and having a little nostalgia kick from time to time.
Worth noting too that this sale is also on the Canadian Store, and will be a good deal cheaper due to currency conversions. Although the US dollar could tank any minute now, so who knows.
US only at this point, you'll need a US PSN account to access the savings. Hopefully we get something similar here for AUS.
