When browsing the products on the site, the prices show normal. You have to click on the individual item's page and the price should change. Not sure exactly which products are targeted though. I have tried most PlayStation 4 games and they seem to work. I know 5% may not be a lot, but hey 5% is 5% and this is OzBargain. Enjoy!
I thought this said 50 and I got excited, looked up a couple of things and noticed they were only a few bucks off, came back here and found it was 5 percent off.
My mistake and all, and I'm not gonna be buying anything, but still, cheers for the post, hopefully it's of use to someone, I can confirm 2 different PS4 games had the discount applied, so I'm assuming most, if not all, entertainment items are included.

I thought this is been fixed. I've checked it with the iPhones 7 and it goes back to normal price during the checkout process.
Prices revert to normal once you log in for check out.
