Last night I booked Virgin airline tickets for my wife, daughter and myself, but forgot to add middle names on the tickets, however all our middle names are on our passports.
Will this pose a problem with customs? any feedback based on similar experience or knowledge?

Once they are successfully confirmed ticketed (EG you have your e-ticket number) just give them a buzz and you can get the middle names added. It's definitely best practice to have the passport names match the ticket exactly when leaving the country, domestically not such a big issue as you can just check in online and do auto bag drop.
