So I'm curious to see what people's bandwidth usage looks like after I checked mine for the first time today only to see some seriously WTF level usage. See below:

You can see some months have pretty heavy usage compared to others, and I'm guessing that's just due to downloading games and updates. But apparently I used a whopping 141.93 TB in the month of August/September. How is that even possible? Surely it's an error of some kind? I don't think it's literally possible for me to download that much. My connection is about 25mbps tops, but usually half that. I don't use Netflix or any other streaming apps on my Xbox; I only play single player with some occasional multiplayer games. I have a mix of both physical and digital games too, so it's not like I'm buying and downloading a tonne of digital games.
I'm currently downloading the 77gb of Quantum Break episodes, hence the heavy usage all day, but usually I'm not really downloading anything.
You can check your bandwidth usage by going into network settings.
