I am so excited as I got tickets to go to Italy next year to see my famiglia after 2years and half! I am flying air china via Bejiing to Rome. we stop 8 hours on way out and 11 coming back. it's me travelling with 10 and 14 years old. I am thinking of booking lounge on way out and maybe hotel on way back.
Any recommendations? I read so many mixed reviews about airchina and Bejiing. Any tips and/or name of Hotel to use would be highly appreciated
First thing I'd do is make sure you have a visa. I'm pretty sure Aussies get a visa on arrival but double check!!
I did some googling and found this. I would grab a hotel near the airport and go out for the day.
I wouldn't stay in the lounge for 8 hours thats for sure.
Thanks, thing is by the time you go through customs it takes a while so probably not worth going out on our way out.
