Definitely worth a shot, but looks like it's an error.
Only difference is the cheaper one is paperback.
the "price error" is worth it. But it's not worth the full price as it only covers the games loaded on the "NES Classic Mini".

Just as a follow up to this, mine arrived this week (I paid $7.62).
Print quality is pretty average and I'm not sure if the hardcover version is the same, but for the price it's great
I have a feeling this is a error listing.
Same thing happened with FFXV collectors guide, they had it for $7 delivered but had no picture of it.
Still worth a shot but don't be surprised if your order is cancelled.
