KitchenAid Mixer KSM7581 $928 (Was $1299) @ eBay Peter's of Kensington

80
CHEER20

Cheapest for the top of the line domestic model without any attachments.

I know its not for everyone, i am buying it from harvey normans for the ice cream bowl and using 4 amex cards.

If you werent interested in the ice cream attachment or dont have 4 amex then this would be the price place to buy.

  • Anyone know where to get genuine attachments? or quality generics?

  • Are the multiple cards allowed? I know ing direct were cracking down on people splitting payments up in chunks of $99 for the tap cashback.

    • This is a deal through eBay (including that discount coupon code is eBay only) which the payment is made through Paypal also, how are you supposed to do multiple splitting payments through Visa Paywave?. I don't think so since it's not in store.

    • Multiple amex cards are allowed at harvey norman instore only. They wont allow it online. This deal is just for ebay which you could a little more off with cashrewards.

  • Before buying I recommend going to the store and trying out how hard it is to drop and take the bowl out. I had a bakery years ago and when my wife needed a new mixer I intended to buy this model ( because of the heavy duty motor) However when I did a dummy run at the store I thought is was so much more difficult to operate than the tilt motor models. Just my opinion , I haven't actually used one

    • Online reviews suggests the tilt models will have longevity issues and also wont be able to handle as much dough. I am hoping this machine lasts 10yrs+

    • I own one and I agree. To pull the bowl out you need to remove the mixer blade. It works fine otherwise, I just feel like a tilt model would be easier to work with.

  • Why in the world would you shop anywhere else

  • Ozbargainers would get the longer attachment for roadkill.
