Not Lycamobile, as I have read too many terrible things.
Any recommendations? Need to call mostly mobiles.

If other providers don't do it then their your only choice
are you basing your opinion on other peoples views or have you actually tried and tested them
Id suggest you experience it for yourself, I have used them before and had ZERO issues
People like to whinge in Australia over TRIVIAL issues
