How much are their oil filters generally (for a BA XR6)? Would it only bring it to the price of Supercheap or Autobahn anyway ?

  Depends what brand you're talking about. I find that SCA only have Ryco. At Repco, they usually have Ryco, K&N and Repco brand. Ryco is usually the most expensive of these brands.

    Ryco at SuperCheap is only about $8.50. I thought Ryco were cheaper than K&N?

      That would be for a Z9, which I believe will not be the right filter.
      
      Z516 are a lot more expensive.

      Hmm I must have been getting the wrong filter, thought I was always getting the Z9, isn't the Z516 for the Turbo's or XR8's?

      @dazzza: It would seem that you are using the right filter afterall. The Z516 is only used in the BA V8 and BF onwards.
