No sorry. Just hope this is better than the Jason Alexander tour. He wasn't funny and refused to talk about Seinfeld. Quite disappointing really. Same with Aziz Ansari - refused to talk about anything Parks and Rec. Comeon guys - that is the reason why people are there to see you!

I liked Jason, thought he was good. He did do Q&A at end where people could ask Seinfeld questions

      • Did you go the one in Brisbane?

        • Sydney

5 days before pre-sale opens, so the code isn't available yet

    • Thanks for info, I hope someone can update this in a few days :)

Keep an eye on that linked page, when it changes to "login to book" or some such, comment back and let me know and I'll update you on the code

        • Any updates on a presale code yet? all states if possible, so others can benefit :)

        • @lakebeat:
Page will go live at 12…

        • @Anubis:
You need to log into your telstra thanks account and be re-directed to buy the tickets.

  • Touring August 2017!

  • Pretty sure it's not a code. You have to buy them through your Telstra thanks account which verifies you can pre order when connecting you to ticketing agent

    • +1

Nah there will be a special ticketek/ticketmaster link, easy for anyone to click through

      • You need to log into your Telstra thanks account and be re-directed to buy the tickets.

      • What's the password??

I'm logged into my telstra account and I can't select how many tickets I want.

        Help Help

    • Pretty please?!

  • +2

You can make a reservation. Just hope they know how to hold the reservation. That's really the most important part of the reservation - the holding. Anybody can just take them.

    Password is wait for it…

    SEINFELD

    • I must say thank you so much, where the hell did you find the password?

    • -1

Yea thanks for causing all the seats to sell out for other venues that weren't eastern states, before their pre-sale time even started.

      • You had your chance…

      • I hardly doubt anybody found the password here that shouldn't have had it elsewhere.

I am a Telstra customer but I didn't get any details about the presale code.

        • Not to mention it was not possible to buy tickets with just the code. You still had to be a Teltra customer.

    • +3

      It's bosco

  • haha it didnt work before!

2 seats aren't available together already. boo.

  • I managed to get some yay!

Got 15 rows from the front. Pretty happy with that!

  • Damn I hate Telstra - now they are screwing over people who are not a customer of theirs by not being able to get any tickets to this event.

    • It's a presale, companies do it all the time (not just Telstra)

      • +2

It's called buying a $2 sim and you are now a telstra customer.

        Easy!

        • Damn, why didn't I think of that lol. Then again, I would be hesitant to give Telstra even $2 of my money.

  • Damn! Missed out on Brisbane presales. This pisses me off so much.

    • Great, now there are sites that support scalpers :(

      • It's run by Ticketmaster. In QLD selling for more than 10% is not allowed, so not sure what's going on here..

        • Or really? Where is that stipulated - is it just a ticketmaster thing?

        • @dogboy: Here I might make a few phone calls..

        • Because Ticketmaster isn't based in QLD…

@Spackbace: "This Act applies if you are purchasing a ticket to an event at any of the above-mentioned Stadiums Queensland venues regardless of where or from whom you purchase the ticket. For example if you reside in Sydney and purchase a ticket to attend a Bledisloe Cup match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane the Act will still apply."

        • +1

@tinnybastard: Yep, that is right. This Act applies to ticketed events at venues of Stadiums Queensland including:

          Suncorp Stadium
          The Gabba
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre *Seinfeld *
          1300 SMILES Stadium
The Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre
          The Sleeman Sports Complex
          Cbus Super Stadium
          The Queensland Tennis Centre
          Metricon Stadium

        • @tinnybastard: Any advice on how we can call them out on this?

        • +1

          @dogboy:

It's all there on the linked page:

Complaints regarding ticket scalping should be directed to the Queensland Police Service and can be reported to your local police station.

        • @Spackbace: Cheers mate

        • @dogboy: Just spoke with a Ticketmaster Resale representative, they're well aware of the QLD legislation and have chosen to continue offering this service. They will only remove specific listing at the request of the event promoter. I got asked to direct any further enquires to [email protected]. The local Police suggested speaking with the venue, who don't seem too interested in getting involved.

Anyone friendly with an PM or proactive reporter?

        • @tinnybastard: I called the cops but they were pretty clueless to the problem.

        • @dogboy: Found best thing to do it contact the Office of Fair Trading Queensland to report the crime here: [email protected]

        • @tinnybastard: Channels 7 and 9, they will report just about anything.

  • Perth tickets, what the hell.

I went to the pre-sale link exactly at 12pm WST, the link had literally just shown itself on the Telstra Thanks site.

I put in the promo code and ALL the front facing tickets were sold out. Perth people getting the Promo Code early from the eastern states?!

    • Where did you get the pre-sale code from?
Did they email it to you?

I think the demand was just that high!
