Travel Insurance for Parents from India - Any Reviews or Recommendations?

Planning to invite my parents from India to Australia for a month. Their visitor visa does not have a medical clause, however I am thinking to apply for medical insurance while they are here.
Any suggestions/experiences of which medical insurance would be good? Is it better to apply for medical insurance in India or here?

    Thanks… I have heard that Indian companies don't settle claims easily … Any such experience?

    Not really sure, a local oz company. Look on compare the market & look at exclusions and excess before you buy…

    I got Bupa insurance for my parents. Claims were settled smoothly and quickly.

    Make sure that you ask about inclusions, exclusions and claim process before purchase. Wordings in the doctor certificate can affect the claim quite significantly.

    I've had travel insurance I've had to claim with both DownUnder Insurance (DUInsure) and Travel Insurance Direct and they've both been fine to deal with.
