Hey people,
I purchased a ride on mower from Masters on 17/10/16 and was told they would send it to the distributor for a white glove service and I should receive it within 7 days from date of purchase.
I called the distributor and they said they've organised for a local repairer to do the service but they may have a back log. I then called the the service agent and he says he hasn't even received it yet.
I can't call the Masters store as their phone lines have been disconnected. It's a 40 minute drive but I plan to go in today to find out what's going on. What are my options? Can I push for a cancellation?
I'll be honest, I am getting serious buyers remorse- the mower is way too big for my needs- I just bought it because all the others had been sold.
So, feel free to tell me to suck eggs, but I just thought it was worth asking OZB as you guys always have a "soft spot" for the beloved Masters.
