    • Yes. The cheapest seen for guitar only was $23 but that didn't include PS4/XB1 and is no longer available. Used ones are going for $45+ on eBay, new were $50-$60.

  • Bought mine at Forest Lake, Brisbane. Pretty of stock left when I bought mine.

  • Hi guys, Castle Plaza SA had a few today in PS4 and Xbox. Managed to get the last PS3

  • Sorry I'm late in posting here. There were around 11 Xbox one at hornsby target 2 hours ago. I asked the lady how much was in stock left.
I initially saw one in the reserved at the counter but she said they had a few back at secure lock.

Lucky me I thought I had missed out.

  • Northland at Target still had stock btw!! Call beforehand to confirm. However they are refusing the put any on hold. Happy guitar hunting :)

  • Confirming ebgames will not allow you to trade in the game without the guitar

  • Just grabbed the last XB1 from Doncaster Target. No PS4 left, just wii and old gen.

  • +1

tried my local store just now and they had no stock left.
i can't believe some people would buy them just to flog them in ebay.
    makes me soooo angry.
sorry im just venting…i have anger issues.

    anybody have a spare one?

    • Anyone with a "spare one" is most likely one of those people you are venting about…

    • not sure how much they will get for them on ebay …… hard way to make beer money as it's a large box to ship.

  • Chirnside Park had plenty on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and Wii U an hour or two ago when we were in there. I was tempted to grab it on Xbone but then remembered I haven't touched it on PS4 pretty well since launch, absolutely hate the new controller. It's not that bad when you get the hang of it, but when they do top row left and bottom row right and back and forth and shit, look, I dominate with the old school GH stuff even on expert, but I just can't keep up with that, so I'm stuck either playing way too slow and easy, or way too criss crossy hard as balls and it's just not really fun.

But if you can get over the controller, 25 bucks isn't just a steal, but probably the best you'll see since most places have long since sold them all.

    • I may have just bought the last xbox one version

      • Probably a good call, I mean, for 25 bucks it's definitely worth trying to learn the new controller, I bought it day one for a hundred or so because Rock Band 4 was so expensive, but then I ended up buying it anyway the second it went on sale for a hundred because of how much the new remote for GH pissed me off.

I do hope you enjoy it though, there's a few alright songs in it and the whole thing where you play as a live band, I actually REALLY liked that idea. All in all it's a pretty good GH game (song list is a bit iffy when compared to literally ANY previous entry aside from GH 5), just don't dig the controller.

  • I just picked one up from target Burwood Westfield (nsw) for the ps4.

They have 5 left for ps4 and 3 for ps3. I didn't see any for the Wii but I didn't ask either.

    They close 10pm tonight.

  • Is It smashable?

    Melbourne - Fountain Gate store had 2 PS4, 1 PS3 and 2 Xbox360 left when I picked mine up at 8.00PM.

    They close at 10.00PM tonight.

  • Picked up xbox360 version from Glenquarie (NSW 2564) this afternoon. About 5 left. Also 3 xbox1 and maybe a couple each of PS3, PS4 and Wii on display.

  • And BNE City has been cleaned out….

  • Have just been playing some gh tv which is awesome took a while to get the hang of the new controller but slowly getting used to it.

  • i bought a game for xbox360 thinking that its compatible with the xbox one. does anyone want this copy before i reutrn it? im at bexley nsw, or can meet at cbd or northsydney if easier.

  • Target @ Indooroopilly was cleaned out on Monday, we purchased the last copy from Target Browns Plains on Tuesday. Such a great deal :)

  • Just bought in Geelong. They didn't even seem aware of this deal.
    Cheers!

Hobart store has (as of 3pm on Wednesday 2nd Nov):

    4 x Wii U
    4 x PS3
    3 x Xbox One

Also had the iPad copy of Skylanders Superchargers for $29 which is hard to find elsewhere.

  • My ebay order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock.

  • Still have 360 and PS3 at Warringah Mall.

  • +1

For some reason impulse bought 2 x PS3 with the hope of playing some of the older games too (damn you ozbargain!!). Have come to the cruel realisation they're not backwards compatible and it's too late to cancel the order. Have no real interest in just playing the one game and disagree with trying to flog these off for a profit.

So if anyone is in Southern Sydney and wants a PS3 copy for $25 let me know before Saturday. Or else there will probably be 2 in stock at Target Bankstown!

  • I see a lot of people saying they can't trade the game in on it's own

EB Knox yesterday had a preowned copy of the game on it's own for Wii U.
JB Hi-Fi Knox also had a preowned copy of the game on PS4 on it's own yesterday.

Might just be certain stores being dicks about the game.

  • Just got back from target Bondi, bought an x360 for $25. Two x360's and 5 Wii copies left.

  • +1

Target Knox (Vic) got a batch of Guitar Hero Live with Controller so definitely a few there if anyone within that area. Great deal that I thought I missed out on but now happy I didn't. Thanks OP!

  • What console should I get this on? Xbox 360 or Wii U? :)

    • Probs Wii U to be honest, mostly because the others will sell out a lot quicker than the Wii U, and 1. That one will be easier to get a hold of, and 2. It may hang around long enough they clear it for even cheaper.

  • They still has 3 for Wii U on the shelf as of yesterday afternoon at Target Shellharbour (and 1 for xbox360).

  • Burwood westfield still had about 4 ps4 left .
