Hi all,
I have had a pair of Bose QC15's since 2012. They are fantastic and as a frequent flyer, they serve me well on a weekly basis. Between my last trip last week and my current trip which I left on yesterday, somehow the right hand ear piece no longer plays any sound. The noise cancellation still works, however. Does anybody know whether Bose will still repair out-of-warranty QC15's? I don't really want to spend $400 on a new pair of QC35's and would rather spend ~$100 if possible on fixing them.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Of course I will call them when I return but given that's a few days away, hoping somebody might know earlier =)
Bose stores are usually helpful with these kind of stuff. They might offer to upgrade your QC15 for a discounted price instead of repairing it.
