A good dressmaker in Melbourne?

I'm looking for a dressmaker to make a dress I've designed,
for a reasonable price (<$300), it's a big white dress (a ballgown) that has no beading.

I'm in Melbourne. Does anyone know of a good dressmaker to recommend?
