It took me an hour to download this on my severely demented adsl2+ line. The documentation is designed for grandma/grandpa using windows 10 for the first time. It is very basic and simple. It just doesn't serve my purpose at all. I thought this was about how to better use windows 10 not how to use windows 10 at all. My mistake.
