RX 480 Crashing

Fellas,

I recently received my RX 480 from FUTU Online and its been giving me a problem ever since.

SPEC

CPU - i5-3470
Mobo - Z77-UD3H
Ram - 16 GB
GPU - G1 Gaigabyte RX 480 8 GB
PSU - 850W Thermaltake Qfan
OS - Windows 10 - 64bit

Firstly, it took about 2 hours trying to get my computer to find the card. I had to update to the latest BIOS.

I used DDU to erase the old drivers.

Once i have updated to the latest 16.10.2, Games would start and crash.

Reading reddit and other online forums that this was a common problem.

I switched back to 16.7.2 as I was told it was stable. However, games still crash and even watching videos crashes my computer.

I switch back to my old GTX 560 and no crashes.

I have asked FUTU online for RMA with a refund and they are taking their sweet time.

Any one else have have the same problem, if so how did you fix it.
