Burnout Paradise City - 75% off, $7.49
Need for Speed Undercover - 50% off, $4.99
Need for Speed Shift - 25% off, $22.49

I personally love Burnout Paradise. It's one of the best racing games ever made for PC.
Undercover is also very cool, and is very playable.

I personally don't like Shift and considered leaving it off the list, but..
