I purchased a product from Groupon, received confirmation of purchase but never received the product. It appears that Australia Post stuffed up the delivery, sent it to the wrong delivery office who decided to Return to Sender. I have logged this with Groupon and Australia Post and have confirmation that the product was returned to Groupon warehouse.
Groupon have refused to send me the item I purchased ( stating it is out of stock, despite my item sitting in their returns dept!) and have only offered me a Groupon credit.
Can anyone advise how to escalate this complaint?
Paypal dispute or Credit Card Chargeback, depending on how you paid; you have proof from Aus Post the item was never received.
