Godaddy allows payments by Paypal, but then paypal requires me to add a credit/debit to continue. I don't have a credit card and no one I know has one.

I got sufficient funds in my Paypal account, but it still asked for a credit card. :(
I did google, but I gave up. Most guys suggested finding someone who has a credit card, buying a prepaid visa card or trying other sites.
I'd call up paypal and tell them to fix it. If they have an issue just ask to close it on the spot - just to make a point. Then start it up again later if actually needed lol
you need transfer the fund to your paypal account first. when the money hit your account, then you can trasnfer to third party.
The money is already in my account. A few days ago I bought a headset from ebay (using PayPal) without any problems.
Actually you need to verify your PayPal account using a credit card.

I think you can "send money" via direct deposit to the PayPal account cant you? google mention anything?
