Thanks mate. That number is for their third party support agent.
I Called them earlier. Booked for RMA and Currier came /picked device and return after repair/replace. Easy .
As above. Easy to deal with.
I am sure this is the case most of the time.
Unfortunately my unit following its return from an RMA was DOA.
As a result I was in a position where I had to go out and purchase a replacement unit.
The original unit is scheduled for collection tomorrow and will be repaired or replaced.
