LG 55UH652T Wi-Fi Settings Missing

I recently purchased 55UH652T and discovered that every time unit is powered on, WiFi configuration to my hidden network goes missing, and I have to reconfigure it again, spoke to LG support which turns out to be pathetic and useless, run through some settings with them but did not help much. is any one with this unit facing similar issues ?

I don't have this issue with other devices (6 devices) connecting to Wifi's hidden network. it makes me laugh when LG support trying to push the issue to 'Internet issue' or "Wireless Issue" and ask me to verify "DNS Setting" which is irrelevant to devices losing Wireless configuration.

Appreciate any advice.

    Is it running the latest firmware? Just a thought as I dont have one nor have access to one!

    yes, indeed it is, confirmed during my last conversation with LG Support

    Have you tried to reset the TV to factory settings? My 4 year old Samsung smart TV has that option.

    Hey,

    Any idea whats the best way to deal with LG support, WiFi still drops settings & have to reconfigure all Wifi parameters to get reconnected. LG replaced the WiFi module, but still problem persists, Follow-up with LG support for replacement unit turning out to be painful. At times on call with support center for 1 hrs only to realize Cases manager is unavailable.

    Also I am noticing gray shades (like shadows of focus light) on right hand corner of the screen and its clearly visible with dark pictures specially BLACK background. did any one notice this behavior with LG TV ?
