Yeah unfortunately the HUKD post was put up over 2 days ago and I only just saw it :/
do you know the size of it? I put in the code yesterday but because i was downloading something else i couldnt see the COD size. And im super noob at trying to interpret the XB1 interface
also didnt know that the beta runs out :( might just cancel the download then with my 12mbps nbn :'(

As someone who played it on PS4, it's literally Black Ops 3. Which, I mean, everyone says every CoD is the last CoD, but it's literally Black Ops 3.

How about this, it could have literally been a map pack for Blops 3.
The features are identical, the jump jets and shit are identical, the game modes are identical. Even the usual incremental upgrades found in new CoD releases aren't here.
AW to Blops 3, there was more fluidity and whatnot added to the jump jets, and the L1+R1 (blanking on name) perk things and all that. IW has all the same stuff as Blops 3 and nothing added, at least not shown off in the beta.

I totally agree, I'm Prestige 10 on BO3 (not that i'm a pro, just invested many hours on the game) but i just can't stand this new COD. I've played the Beta in both PS4 and Xbox and don't like the gameplay style at all. Maps are terrible, people get impossible shots around corners which is stupid.
While Battlefield decided to take a different strategy, I tend to agree that is a much better game than the upcoming Infinite Warfare. In fact, I'm more hyped about the MW remastered than this sh#t.

I tried to like it aswell i played the beta for 1 whole day from 10 am to 10 pm and just ended up with one huge headache not understanding how shots where registering behind objects
Same here :). I have an OKAY ratio (1.53) in BO3's team deathmatch, but sometimes felt like a noob during the Beta. Maybe it's just because only the top players play the beta who knows. Let's see when the live game releases, but so far it's pretty disappointing.

I must be the only one liking it. Yeah, gameplay is familiar but has some new things. Not sure what anyone really expected though. I am carving up with around 30 kills a game, must be getting all the n00bs ;)
