Need help finding a mobile phone gimbal

Hi guys, in the market for a mobile phone gimbal. I have done lots and lots of research but it is so difficult to narrow down what the best gimbal would be as there are so many out there. Would anyone in the reliable ozbargain community be able to share experiences?

So far I have looked at a DJI Osmo mobile or the LanParte HHG-01 since they have come up in the top 10s the most.

Not looking to spend any more than $500.

    I've been looking into this too - I really like the look of the Osmo Mobile - but also open to any other opinions!
    The Osmo I really like because of its ability to use with a tripod too which broadens its use for me at least.

    Flying Ace, I bit the bullet and bought the osmo. Even though it costs top dollar, it is really great quality. I shot a bit of footage of me running up steps and it is as smooth as you can get!
