Cdkeys was $56.42 for BF1 for me on PC with a Facebook like.

Refreshing the page has brought different account names up for me in the top right:

    • Hi. othman
    • Hi. Tom

Eventually it got my name right, but this is discouraging…

Edit: For clarification: my name is not Tom, or othman.

  • Needs to be under $50AUD

    • needs to? please explain

It's like the secret code to unlock my wallet.

  • Any overwatch deal?

I went to cart, added coupon and it immediately said "4% discount - 4% payment fee added"

    WTF? Piss off

Most cdkey sites now have suspect practices.
      1. They advertise at a certain price, and then after it's added to card, they may add a 'tax'. Regardless of your location.
      2. They may add a 'paypal/credit card' fee which is often unavoidable, making the advertised amount false. And the amount is greater than paypal charges them.
      3. They may add a 'protection' fee. Protection against you getting a duplicate key. Even though it would be their mistake. So if you don't pay the fee, and they send you a dud, they won't refund you. Crazy. Two of the bigger cdkey sites now do this.

Another issue I've had on two occasions is there is also the risk that they freeze your order until you send photo id (which I refuse as identity theft is high, and cdkey sites don't have a great reputation to begin with).

Use to be a big fan of these sites… no longer.

  • While initially peeved by their mobile site, I got onto the PC and:

    1. The payment fee was for Paypal. Fair enough, but let the cookie detect when I change my mind and go to pay by Visa; AND
    2. I paid in AUD rather than let Paypal convert and it saved $3.

Total cost $62 (rounded) and it arrived in 15 minutes.

    You won me over.

  • Just in case anyone missed this for Civ 6:

This product can be activated and played ONLY in EU Server!

Note: This is the EU version of the game which can only be used, respectively, activated in Europe.

I was looking at purchasing this the other day when i got the email but saw this small print. Hopefully no one has purchased.

For anyone with slow internet speeds. target have the PC disc version of battlefield for $60

    • Went to my local Target store (Point Cook, VIC) and the 18 yr old behind the desk had no idea that they even stocked the PC version.

      Retail… bwahahaha

    PC version $60 in Target

    • Yes, saves you time to download 38 GB ( still requires 2.5 GB) and you are playing the game in 2 hours.
Would suggest get it from Target or price match at JB or EB

      • Great idea … I got mine at JB Hi FI, they price matched Target ($60), installed in about an hour (slow Blueray drive?), then download the 2.2gb BF1 update (and the update of my Nvidea drivers) and I was in business.
Great game, really loving it. I still suck, but its very pretty when I die :-)

        • Haha, It does not matter mate if you die more. It is all about having fun and if you have it, dont worry. I am not great either. Its a team game…

    • Target online? I went in store today and they dont have PC games :(

Battlefield 1 code sent but it has already been used! Dodgy!

    • We are terribly sorry about the issue with the Battlefield 1 Key. This was caused by an error in our system. We had tried best to resend the right keys to all customers as soon as we found the problem.

Ordered a Battlefield 1 code, went to activate and got message"This code has already been used"

    :/

    • Me too….
      Not happy.

      • Messaged them and have heard back via FB.

At least i bought it through PayPal :)

        • I raised a Paypal dispute

        • @gunso:

So I got sent a replacement key and it worked :)

        • @Iteration: Good to hear. Surprised Rep never replied to any of people having issues. Are they using stolen keys or something?
Anyways, have reported and store will be banned till the contact Mods.

Target was sold out for me.
However, BIGW had plenty in stock and while not advertised, has dropped their price to $60 as well.

    • Just checked big W website - Its $62, online only and delivery is $10 extra. Was this same for you?

      • Called ahead (for pickup) and they stated it was $60. I believe they've dropped the price to match Targets.

  • For civ vi it says:

Note: This is the EU version of the game which can only be used, respectively, activated in Europe.

  • They have been reported in the past. Feel sorry for people who bought. They should be banned.

  • Just bought Titanfall 2. They said they would call me (they didn't). I had to send them photo ID. I got my key within about an hour of purchase. Keys worked fine.
