    I concur with muzzamo. Beat Book Depository's delivered price. Else this offer is useless.

      I agree borders is priced towards the higher end but they don't just sell books so I think that negative is unwarranted. The selection isn't exactly the same either so if somebody does find something on borders which they find good this coupon would still be useful.

    I agree. Ordered a book over 7 weeks ago from borders using a voucher from OzBargain. It never arrived. Their site said (and still says) that the book was "In Stock" and would be delivered in 10-12 days. After numerous emails to borders asking for a status update, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Refund has not yet arrived either.

    Ordered the same title through US Book Depository two days ago and the order status now shows despatched.

    Won't be using borders again.

    I would vote negative if OzBargain allowed me. Truth is, I'm a long time lurker and just created my account to share my bad experience.

    BTW, thanks for all the other great bargains and comments folks.

      Yup, member for 40 minutes. Is there some cooling off period before you can vote neg?

      Funnily enough, the 7-10 and 10-12 day deliveries are shipped from overseas, so chances are you're better just getting it from overseas (as in your case).

  Thats not entirely true. What if you NEED the book alot sooner? Sometimes the postage from BD can take a while.

  edit: Also, sometimes BD can't beat prices. For example, Michael Morcombes Australian Birds books are almost double the price outside of Australia.

      Im not sure how the search works, but you can't filter the results (least not that I've found), and the results are not listed by date. So it was there, just not at the top.
