I applied the code at checkout, it says voucher is valid, but did not reduce the price. I tried this with "Revlon Age Defying with DNA Advantage Day Cream 50ml"

The voucher is for free shipping, product prices should already be 50% off. It looks like you're trying to buy a moisturiser rather than make-up. I'll update the title to 'Make-up' to make it clearer.
It's in store as well. I just bought a Revlon lipstick for the missus yesterday evening from a Sydney CBD store at half price. There was a whole bunch of Revlon make up marked at half price in that store.
