We are planning for a family weekend somewhere to stay near or Jervis Bay….4adults and a kid…any good recommendations for accommodation which is not much expensive. We looking for a night stay only.

Depending on the time of year, try the caravan parks, they family cabins. Also check AirBnB, most of it is just re-listing holiday rentals, so you should be able to find a house or apartment (but they may have a minimum of 2 nights).
Check out airbnb. Surprisingly caravan parks can get quite expensive.
Camping is pretty popular down there
