Looking at repainting interior walls for the whole house.
Basically looking at an idiots guide for doing this and the best place to buy the supplies.
Would probably include washing walls, sanding, filling in many holes and painting.
No idea where to start but don't want to get it wrong and get ripped off in the process !!
Any help, ideas and suggestions greatly appreciated.

yeh, there should be instructions at bunnings, they have those leaflet things at the front.
http://www.bunnings.com.au/learn-how-to-DIY_how-to_brochures…Basically, wash the walls down, then sand, then use plaster to fill in the holes, then an undercoat (or 2), then an overcoat (or 2)
Items required.
Washing walls down - Sponge style mop, maybe a broom, bucket, hot water etc.
Sand - sand paper + a piece of wood (with curved edges) to wrap the sandpaper around, oh and a paint scraper.
Plaster - Plaster (+ whatever is written on the instructions), a trough, and a plastic scraper
Painting - Roller brushes (with poles) + paint + drop sheets (even newpaper) + paint roller buckety thingo.. + possibly a brush or two for the fine edges.Oh and a stepladder if you're small.
I think that sounds about it :/
and plenty of time. i did by my self and 2 of my mate to repaint my unit, i took us 3 days to finish the whole unit.
