I wouldn't think so but 'best' is relative.Something like Etymotic to me would be better then logitech
Ultimate Ears is one of the best IEM (In Ear Monitor) brand out there. They produce highly regarded Custom IEM (cost > $1000). I think Logitech bought them couple of years ago. Note that, this IEM is only the entry level, so it's unfair to compare to >$150 Etymotic ER4. Shure and Westone are other best brand for IEM.

Not only unavailable from OW, they're a different model. These have inbuilt mic for use with mobile phones.
