    No, that's not what it says. At the bottom of the poster it says (I'm typing what I see when zoomed in):

    "Only available at SUBWAY OTR restaurants and Subway Mount Gambier Commercial St. Subway Mount Gambier Helen St. Subway Millicent Subway Salisbury James St. and".

    We can't read anything after the final "and", can't see the commas either, but to me, that sentence seems to indicate all OTR Subways plus Subways in those other locations.

    P.S. I think I recall the medium drink is around the $3 range.
