I created a free tool that helps you search products on many Australian websites. If you have a look it will make more sense:

To use it enter the name of the product then select the places you would like to search, it then opens a new tab for each and uses the internal search of that website.
I made it because when I was looking around for things I found that I was opening a tab / typing in the name of each website individually / typing in my search term / closing the tab etc. Using this saves quite a few steps when you are looking for products locally. Also as you can see there are other useful options, which I will add to in time.
If people are using it I will actively develop and improve it. Otherwise I will just leave it as it is. Feel free to request new websites or features below. So far I have added sites that are mentioned a lot on Ozbargain.
Important: It works by opening a tab for each website you check, usually a browser will prevent this from happening if you check more than one. You need to allow the site to use popups, in Chrome for example you click the lock icon in the address bar then in the dropdown next to Popups select 'Always allow on this site'.
