Groupon eBay Voucher Issued End of September Getting "This Voucher Code Is Not Yet Ready for Use. Please Try Again Later",

Just really disappointed as used the other one last week no problem. Went to contact them through chat yesterday and said there is a problem and a few days to fix. These vouchers can only be redeemed after committing to buy so might get negative feedback from seller if I don't pay soon. You kind of expect these things to be like cash. I have been disappointed twice in a row with these group buy sites. Is there any of these sites that are good consistently (including making sure the vendors can deliver what we expect) or are they all the same?

I read about all that stuff with problems with returning/refunding with these vouchers and this has been covered so lets not talk about that here

  I've received an email this morning and I now have a new code.

  I purchased 2 vouchers and I used one of them as soon as I received their 2 emails. The first one went through without any problem…

    Had the same issue.

    I emailed them and had new codes sent within 24 hours. Decent customer service in this instance although they can be hit and miss.

  I purchased two of these eBay vouchers through Groupon, and today received the 2nd of 2 e-mail's telling me that the previous codes were no longer valid and should be ignored. I hadn't tried either of these codes, but I am curious to know exactly what happened. There are many of us here that would recall a breach of privacy that occurred when an offer for discounted Big W/Woolworths group e-vouchers back in Jun 2015. I think we need a better explanation. If anyone has any further information, then please respond, otherwise I plan to get in touch with Groupon in the next day or two.

  Just be careful that you don't need a refund for the product you buy from eBay…
