I just wanted to give a heads up that I've picked up a billing error for my LiveConnected account for the month of September 2016. I'm not sure if this is a system problem that will effect others, or just a freak thing that effects me. Either way, check your bills.
The September bill (covering 1 to 30 Sept) also included usage from 23 to 31 August, which was not included on the August bill for some reason. This resulted in excess usage charges for September of around $130 (in addition to the regular $12/month charge).
I've been in touch with LiveConnected/Vaya, they have investigated, confirmed that I did not have any excess usage during either billing period and will reverse the excess charges.
This was my first contact with LiveConnected since being purchased by Vaya and I must say that, ignoring the original error, it was a very good experience (The phone operator - Kat - was lovely, investigated and fixed the issue promptly, no mucking around, hold times weren't excessive…).
Isn't LiveConnected dodgy like Vaya?
