My partner and me are looking for sofas for our new place, ideally new one because we have spent a few years with used stuff.
We think we have saved enough to earn for ourselves a decent comfortable couch.
Our place is small unit and the living area is 4 * 5 meters. We looked around at Kings Living and were impressed with the delta models there. We would prefer storage but to be honest have realized storage ones are not comfortable. But in our search we landed up at Sofas2Go.Com and she found a fabric sofa which was comfortable and at half price of the deltas (non storage ones).
Reasons why we like it :
A) My partner liked it
B) They give a warranty of 3 years on structure.
C) They promise to service the sofa fabric (example : bad stains) (if we cannot fix it with their solutions, which would be an extra $140) and if still cannot be fixed then a replacement. That smells like good service to me.
D) and their designs are like NickScali's at a cheaper cost. Looked for reviews online but they were mixed.
My questions are : -
A) Has anyone here bought a sofa from them and how is it going with it so far?
B) Has anybody experienced their service, and it really is what it seems to be.
C) Finally, Has someone got a better advice :)
Note : Models in store is what we have to choose from. Any customization would be having a delivery time of 2-3 months. But our design is in store for now.
