Going to New Zealand and wondering if I would be best to withdraw cash from ATM in NZ to get best rate or to load cash into Coles reloadable card that has no international transaction fees. Thanks
Coles reloadable card or ATM for travel in NZ?

Get a Citibank Plus card !
no time for that, going next week
How long are you going for? Maybe not the most convenient, but the best thing (money wise) to do is;
Set up an appointment with ANZ for the day you land and open a NZ fee-free transaction account. Then use OFX and wire transfer some money into your account. That way you have access to all of ANZ's ATM's for free, and use a normal debit card. Plus, OFX uses pretty dam good exchange rates.I did that at least, you might not have as much time as I did.
Alternative, try your luck with a Macquarie Platinum Transaction Account. You should get your card by Friday if you apply today.
Won't' help with ATM's, but best exchange rate.Thanks I am only going for 8 days
On a side note, is there such thing as prepaid credit card … had to used cash bond to rent a car in NZ
